In 2010, the journey of AtoZ Educational Services began under the most unlikely circumstances during the final year of my Masters Degree in Business Management course, when a desperate friend asked me for help. Her family had moved to the UK from France and her children, whose first language was French, were finding the change of language and school culture challenging. She requested me to help them to face the 11+ Examination and to provide extra guidance and tuition. Being in the middle of the final year of my Masters Degree, I was inclined to politely decline the invitation as it seemed to me that this was not my forte. My friend’s sheer persistence virtually forced me to agree to help the children with their 11+ preparation work.
